I can hung this hose that came already completely put together and ready to be hung. You will need help, it’s heavy. Requires drilling to mount on the wall of choice. It also comes with a sprayer. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this hose.the container swivels to make it easy to go wherever you need to water. The sprayer has multiple selections/choices for watering to get the job done. It’s a great buy
Looked at getting an automatic hose reel for a year or two and decided try this one. Order came in a bit over a week and I went to install it. On trying it the hose would not lock in place just retract after you pulled it out. It was a bit disappointing but then I contacted the company’s customer service. They always responded within 24 hours and were great to deal with. They sent a replacement reel quickly and it got here in less than a week. The new hose reel works great so far and appears to be a really good purchase. Seems sturdy and works as advertised. The price was fair, and it really helps out in the yard when watering which we do a lot. I would have given it 4 stars because of the initial order that didn’t work properly, but their customer service was so responsive I gave it 5.
