Loved this thing, no drips, easy peasy, very useful tool. Used it daily for a month. Today, suddenly, it leaks like crazy; I think it’s because the gasket-with-mesh has gone missing. Cannot find any way at all to contact the company; the website listed on the package insert is inaccessible. Would love to change this to a five star rating, it’s a great item, but unless there’s a way to contact company and obtain additional gaskety-thing, it’s useless. Hence one star.
This is a very nice hose sprayer wand. It is sturdy but light. The spray patterns work well for multiple uses – watering plants, misting, washing the car, etc. I bought three of these and had a problem with one of them. The company was responsive and addressed the problem. Just make sure you drain all of the water out of it before winter if you live in an area that freezes.
